Experiment: Realtime Search

This is one of my older experiments in real-time search software. It is also experiment in data visualization.

The data (in this case the images) are represented as dots in a calender like view where single file location is determined by a file date. It uses a GDI for data drawing.

Is it easier to remember a color/XY location/month of the file or the folder it is in?
