3D Scanners currently present on the market have unattractive designs, so I came up with following design to change that.
This working prototype of the 3D Scanner has a casing made from the ABS Plastic vacuum-formed over the CNC machined tool. Since halves are symmetric, only one tool was needed. Final product housing was planned to be injection molded.
